- In general, presenters have 20 minutes for their presentations and a period of 5 minutes is allowed for questions and discussion at the end of their presentation.
- Presenters are asked to send by e-mail a copy of their slides to Voorburg2025@dst.dk by September 14, 2025.
- We strongly recommend that you submit a Microsoft PowerPoint version of your presentation. If planning to use any other software, please check with us first. We also ask that you avoid any PowerPoint animation. Please use at least 18-point font that can easily be read and that is part of the standard Microsoft suite of fonts. In order to fully fill the screen, please use the PowerPoint 16:9 format for your presentation.
